"My name is Crystal Bynog, and my journey is rooted right here in East Texas. Born in Overton and raised in Kilgore, I have spent my life building a community of care. Since 2000, my life as a Pastor’s wife and a mother of six has fueled my passion for supporting others, eventually leading me to establish River Rox Spa and River Rox Academy.
With an Associate of Arts degree and extensive training as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Instructor, Esthetician, and Certified Sugarista, I am committed to the highest standards of wellness. Whether I am teaching in the Academy or working with clients in the Spa, I utilize my expertise in Cupping, Deep Tissue, Lymphatic Drainage, and more to provide a sanctuary for healing. At River Rox, my goal is to offer more than just a service—I aim to provide a path to encouragement and restorative health."

Tessa is a seasoned professional with over 2 decades of experience in the spa and beauty industry. While attending university, she found a job and quickly climbed the ladder at Aveda. An opportunity to move to NYC and work with their Global Makeup team presented itself, leading her to put college on hold and pursue her newfound career path. New York opened doors to film,TV,print,and the iconic Fashion Week. With her career in the fast lane,Tessa eventually found herself back in Dallas, managing impressive spas including Hiatus Spa & Retreat, Aveda Institute Dallas, and the Spa at Neiman Marcus. After two years in the USVI, she rejoined Aveda in Nashville, continuing her makeup career while realizing the industry’s shift toward advanced skincare. That realization sparked her dedication to helping clients care for their skin beyond makeup. At Kállos Esthetics, Tessa blends her extensive background with a client-focused approach that nurtures inside and out.

I’m a dedicated esthetician, a wife, a proud mother of two amazing boys, and a lifelong Kilgore, TX resident. After graduating from esthetician school in 2023, I began focusing on facial treatments and look forward to expanding my expertise with a variety of advanced skincare techniques. My ultimate goal is to specialize in corrective skincare, helping clients address specific concerns and improve their skin health. Working in the esthetics field is truly rewarding for me; I love having the opportunity to help people feel their best, allowing them to recognize and appreciate the beauty they already possess.
Priscilla Kirk, is a Native Houstonian. She and her husband have 8 beautiful children ages ranging from 23-7 years old. She is also a two time surrogate helping create a family for a couple who could not carry children of their own.
Priscilla, has gone through IVF as a surrogate, and has worked with many Reproductive Endocrinologist in the Houston area helping their patients who are going through IVF and IUI treatments. There is a special place in her heart for women who struggle with fertility, and is why she decided to become a surrogate.
She started her career as a Massage Therapist in 1999. Since then expanded her specialties in all things Prenatal & Postpartum care. She worked at the Woman's Hospital of Texas from 2002-2008, and was the founder of their Massage Therapy Department. From 1999-2019 she traveled all over Houston, and surrounding areas to provide prenatal and postpartum care in homes, and in hospitals.
In 2014 & 2016 she opened two Massage Heights locations. Vanderbilt LLC, a Franchise of Massage Heights, and The Marqe, in the Houston area.
Her deepest passion lies in working with women throughout their pregnancy and postpartum transition. She is a licensed Midwife and Certified Professional Midwife, continuing to do what she loves, caring and advocating for Women.
